The remit includes working in a translational project of the German Centre for Infection Research (DZIF). The position is initially for 2 years. Recruitment prerequisites are in addition to a science doctorate high motivation, good communication skills (English / German) and willingness to work together as a team. Desirable extensive experience in bioinformatics / population genetics / genomics and / or solid experimental knowledge of microbial genetics / Infection Biology.
