Postdoc Position in Neuroimmunology (Dortmund)

The Project Group Neuroimmunology at the Leibniz Research Centre for Working Environment and Human Factors - IfADo, Dortmund, Germany invites applications for:

1 two year Postdoctoral Position in Neuroimmunology, starting November, 2016

Candidates will be part of a research group investigating the influence of neurotransmitters on immune cells and other peripheral cells, such as bone cells.

Successful candidates will have an excellent track record and will be highly motivated with a strong background in Immunology, Cell biology and signal transduction. Experience in the field of human bone metabolism will be favorable.
You should be able to work independently and responsibly, establish new techniques/technologies and present your data in publications and at international meetings. The position will provide excellent training and opportunities in many aspects of molecular and cellular Neuroimmunology. We offer state of the art equipment, a great scientific environment, and an energetic and productive team with many fascinating questions.
The position is financed according to the German public wage law (TVL-E13). The working language in our laboratory is English and German.
