 The successful candidate will be involved in studies on intracellular signaling pathways involving PI3K isoforms and receptor tyrosine kinases in human cancer. The studies will involve a combination of cell biology and molecular biology, including RNAi screens, next generation sequencing and phosphoproteomics. Requirements: Master degree in Science or Biomedical Sciences or equivalent. Applicants must be eligible for registration as PhD student to the Graduate School of Bern (see also www.gcb.unibe.ch)

Offer: We offer support to successfully obtain a PhD degree of the Graduate School at University of Bern, Switzerland. Salary will be according to SNF guidelines.

Workload: 100%

Entrance upon: May 2013 or upon agreement
